Synopsis

Chiisana Baikingu Bikke, Vicky the VikingHalvar is the chief of the Flake Viking tribe. He is cheerful and strong but not very smart, making him a rather unreliable chief. In contrast, his son Vicky is physically small and weak but very smart.
