Synopsis
Choriki Sentai Orenja, Chouriki Sentai Ohranger The year is 1999. Baranoia, the Machine Empire, suddenly declares war on mankind, and an invasion by machine life forms begins. In response to this threat, the International Air Force, U.A., organizes elite members from each base to form the U.A.O.H. defense division under the command of Chief of Staff Naoyuki Miura, with Goro Hoshino as team leader along with Shouhei Yokkaichi, Yuji Mita, Juri Nijou, and Momo Maruo. They unravel the lost technology of a super-ancient super-civilization that existed 600 million years ago with modern technology, and by using the Power Brace, a bracelet-type device, Goro transforms into Oh Red, Shohei into Oh Green, Yuji into Oh Blue, Juri into Oh Yellow and Momo into Oh Pink. They become Ohrangers to confront the mechanical life forms of the Baranoia, also born from the super-civilization. Furthermore, with the help of Riki, also known as the ancient warrior King Ranger, who fought 600 million years ago, and the mysterious demon god Gunmajin, they join forces together to take on new battles.Chouriki Sentai Ohranger is the 19th tokusatsu superhero show in the Super Sentai series produced by Toei and was broadcast from February 1995 to February 1996 on the TV Asahi network. Hiroshi Miyauchi, who previously played Aorenger in Himitsu Sentai Gorenger and Kamen Rider V3 in the Super Sentai series, played the role of Naoyuki Miura, the chief of staff of U.A.O.H. Momo Maruo was played by Tamao Sato, whose career took off with this show.
