Among the Metal Hero series, Blue SWAT was especially created by highlighting a realistic touch, featuring the image of realistic heroes like actual SWAT members wearing a reinforced armor, instead of the image of those transforming into heroes. For this reason, the members’ costume are also not distinguished by color in this series.The characters of Blue SWAT appeared again in the special episodes of the next Metal Hero series Juukou B-Fighter, together with the characters of the previous series Tokusou Robo Janperson.
