Synopsis

Juukoo Bi Faitaa, Juukou B-Fighter Massive outbreaks of insects begin occurring in various parts of the world. Takuya Kai, a young entomologist investigating this unusual phenomenon, meets Guru, an intelligent elder of the insect tribe, in a cave deep in the jungle and is told that it is a sign of disaster caused by the Jamahl, who are invaders from another dimension. Takuya infuses Guru's insect life energy into power suits developed by Professor Mukai of the Earth Academia and completes the three B-Fighters.Takuya, who is chosen as the leader, transforms into the beetle warrior Blue Beet (whose main color is blue), while Daisaku Katagiri, a tree doctor, transforms into G-Stag, a warrior with the power of a stag beetle (whose main color is green) and Rei Hayama, an animal scientist, transforms into Reddle, a warrior with the power of a female beetle (whose main color is red). After receiving the power of insects in the nature, they join forces as the B-Fighters to fight the monsters sent by the evil Jamahl Empire and protect the Earth.Juukou B-Fighter is the 14th installment in Toei’s Metal Hero special effects film series and was broadcast on the TV Asahi network from 1995 to 1996. This show gained popularity as the first Metal Hero series to use insects as a motif. Its sequel, B-Fighter Kabuto, was broadcast the following year. In addition, the special episode that aired after the last episode of the series created a sensation when the Blue SWAT team from the previous series appeared for a special team-up with Tokusou Robo Janperson.
