Disguised as a human being named Joji Gamo, Spectreman joins the newly formed Monster G Men and goes on to fight against Gori’s monster army to protect Earth.Spectreman is a tokusatsu series produced by P Productions, airing on the Fuji TV network from January 1971 to March 1972. The story was created by Soji Ushio. The screenwriters included Masaki Tsuji, a pioneer in children’s shows, and Keisuke Fujikawa, who was later involved in various popular animation series. The initial title was Space-Ape Gori, but was later changed to Space-Ape Gori vs. Spectreman as the story progressed.
