Mirai Robo Darutaniasu、 Future Robot DaltaniousAround the end of the 20th century、 the Earth has been almost destroyed by the invasion of the alien Zaar Empire.Some strong-willed children manage to survive in this desolate world、 however. Kento Tate and Danji Hiiragi、 who lost their parents in an alien attack、 live with Sanae Shiratori、 who is like a mother to them、 helping one another to survive.One day、 the two boys hide in a facility while running away from those who are after them. There they find a base created with unbelievable extraterrestrial technology and meet Doctor Earl who plans to restore the Helios Empire.Doctor Earl appoints them as the pilots of Atlaus and Gumper、 machines that were created for fighting back against the Zaar Empire. After reviving the intelligent lion-like cyborg Beralios from its long slumber、 they combine the three machines to create Daltanious.Kento and Danji fight back against the Zaar Empire in order to restore peace to the world under tyranny.Kento later learns that he is a descendant of the emperor of the Helios Empire who fought with the Zaar Empire、 and tries to find out the truth behind the two empires.After defeating countless enemies、 the two engage in the final battle、 only to find out that the cause of the war was the cloning technology used by the imperial families of Helios and Zaar.Learning that he himself was a clone created by the Helian imperial family、 Kento challenges Dormen the Great、 ruler of the Zaar Empire and himself also a clone descended from the Helian dynasty、 to single combat and defeats him.Subsequently、 the two empires are merged into a galactic federal republic、 and Kento and the others vow to protect the future of the world with Daltanious by ensuring that war never breaks out between ordinary people and clones again.
