It is decided that Tetsunoshin Katai、 a sergeant who continually fails to arrest the Benigumo、 will commit seppuku if the case is not solved within several days.Misuzu、 a daughter of Tetsunoshin、 recommends that he ask for the cooperation of a private detective’s son、 Sentaro、 as known as “Kaitsubute”.Around this time、 Sentaro、 who came to a circus tent called “Foreign rare animal and beast performance show” in Ryogoku、 was enjoying a rendezvous with Orui、 a beauty who runs the show.
