Synopsis MiyukiIn springtime、 Masato Wakamatsu、 a first-year high school student、 stays and works at a beach house. His classmate Miyuki Kashima、 a beautiful and intelligent student who is very popular in school、 is also at the beach house. During break time、 Masato asks her out for a date and she accepts it. Masato learns that Miyuki has had an interest in him. However、 there is a misunderstanding over a small thing、 resulting in their date being ruined.Masato、 with his heart broken、 talks to a mysterious beautiful girl he meets on the shore. She turns out to be Masato’s younger stepsister Miyuki Wakamatsu、 unrelated by blood、 who has been living overseas for six years and just come back to Japan. Masato and Miyuki begin living alone together. Finding Miyuki has grown up to be attractive、 Masato gradually starts to feel something more than brotherly love toward his sister. Meanwhile、 Masato also gets closer to Miyuki Kashima again. Masato’s heart starts to waver between his younger sister Miyuki and his classmate Miyuki.For this anime series、 which depicts romantic stories revolving around the complex love triangle between Masato and two Miyukis、 37 episodes aired on the Fuji Television network from 1984 to 1985. The original Miyuki is a love comedy manga series by Mitsuru Adachi、 who is famous for Touch and Cross Game. The manga was serialized in Shonen Big Comic (current Weekly Young Sunday) from 1980 to 1984 and adapted into a live-action film and a live-action television drama series in 1983 and 1986、 respectively.
