The genie explains to the three boys that after he had forbidden his daughter Minnie from going to the human world they had had a fight、 and he was imprisoned in the ampoule by her.The genie says that Minnie is in this town and asks Chibi and his friends if they could help him take her back. Moved by the genie’s love for his daughter、 the three boys rush out into town in search for Minnie.Meanwhile、 Minnie is using magic to do what she wants、 but a villain named Itadaki sets his eyes on her powers.
