Tosho DaimosThe Baam、 a winged alien people、 have lost their home planet、 and intend to migrate to Earth. Representatives of Earthlings and the Baam meet to negotiate the terms of migration.However、 both representatives are assassinated、 resulting in the breakdown of negotiations between Earth and Baam. Olban、 successor to the late Baam representative Marshal Leon、 denounces this as a conspiracy by Earth、 upholds Leon’s son Richter as the head of Baam、 and starts an invasion of Earth.Kazuya Ryuzaki、 son of the late Earth representative Dr. Ryuzaki、 is attacked by the Baam in space but manages to return to the base called Daimobic. Subsequently、 Kazuya uses the Dimo-light ore he brought back with him to activate “Daimos、” a giant transformable robot developed by Dr. Ryuzaki. During the war、 Kazuya meets and falls in love with Erika、 a young girl who has lost her memory. Later on、 Erika’s memory comes back; she remembers that she is a member of the Baam and the younger sister of Richter、 and then disappears.After learning that Olban was responsible for the murder of Leon and Dr. Ryuzaki、 Kazuya fights along with his friends and Daimos to save Erika.Meanwhile、 Erika attempts to sacrifice herself in killing Olban to avenge her father’s murder、 but is saved by Richter、 who in turn defeats Olban. However、 they fall into Olban’s trap、 which starts to lead the planet—along with its Baam inhabitants—to destruction.Kazuya tries to stop the planet from being destroyed in order to save the Baam and Erika.Witnessing this、 Richter entrusts Erika to Kazuya and makes a desperate attempt to save the planet from destruction. Apologizing for all that he and his people have done to Kazuya and Erika、 Richter sacrifices his own life to save a billion other Baam lives. Kazuya and Erika are reunited、 and peace is restored to Earth.
